Prim Snowman Stovepipe Hat holds Winter Greens & Pips, a Prim Star, a Ginger Ornie and a Candy Cane.  It has a Vintage Snowman painted on the fabric with a weighted bottom for extra balance.  Hat measures 14" high with a 7-1/2" diameter.
